Für den Zugang zum Software-Download-Bereich ist eine eigene Registierung notwendig, weil Sie den Lizenzbestimmungen zustimmen müssen. Nach der Registrierung erhalten Sie einen User-Namen und ein Password per E-Mail. Damit können Sie auf den Software-Download-Bereich und den Handbuch-Download-Bereich zugreifen. |

Die
Linux-Treiber-Archive sind außerdem verschlüsselt.
Sie erhalten das Passwort mit der CAN-Treiber-CD, die Sie gemeinsam
mit der CAN-Hardware erworben haben oder von unserem Support,
wenn Sie bereits eine Lizenz besitzen.
Bitte behandeln Sie dieses Passwort vertraulich. Die Weitergabe oder Verbreitung dieses Passworts ist untersagt. esd gmbh behält sich für den Fall einer Zuwiderhandlung rechtliche Schritte vor. |

Entpacken können Sie die Archive beispielsweise mit:
"unzip -p ./archiv.zip | tar -xv" (ohne Anführungszeichen und "archiv" als Platzhalter für den entsprechenden Archiv-Namen) |

Die Archive liegen in vier Versionen vor. Bitte nutzen Sie das für Ihr System
entsprechende Archiv: x86-Linux 2.4.x mit gcc 2.x x86-Linux 2.4.x mit gcc >= 3.x x86-Linux 2.6.x mit gcc >= 3.x x86_64-Linux 2.6.x mit gcc >= 3.x |

A special registration is necessary to get access to the software-download area, because the Lizence Agreement has to be accepted. After the registration you will receive a user name and a password by email. With this account you have access to the software-download area as well as the manual download area. |

The driver archives are encrypted ZIP-archives.
You will get the passwort from the CAN-driver CD or on request from
our support team if
you already own a software driver licence. Please use this password confidentially. Sharing or distributing this password is prohibited. esd gmbh reserves its right to take legal action in case of violation. |

To extract the driver you can use for example:
"unzip -p ./archive.zip | tar -xv" (without quotation marks and "archive" as a placeholder for the name of the respective archive) |

There are four versions of each driver, please use the one suitable for your
